<li>be CRED’s main point of contact with leading Banks &amp; NBFCs for the lending business</li><li>interact regularly with lending partner’s business, operations, tech &amp; product teams (both existing &amp; new) to scale &amp; streamline lending business</li><li>work closely with internal operations, credit, tech &amp; product teams to deliver solutions while aligning CRED’s &amp; lending partner’s expectations</li><li>improve the P&amp;L dynamic of the lending business</li><li>streamline and setup regular review framework, manage and lead the items to a logical conclusion</li><li>interact with new banks &amp; NBFCs to onboard them as lending partners</li><li>ensure compliance &amp; regulatory adherence as per industry standards</li><div><br /></div>

<li>MBA in any other relevant field and/or B.Tech from a Tier 1 college </li><li>6-8 years of experience in account management/ business development/ partnership role in a financial services/ fintech / technology company</li><li>required knowledge and flair to work with new technology solutions &amp; API infrastructure</li><li>exceptional analytical, problem solving and research skills</li><li>ability to manage leaders and counterparts in banks and NBFCs and have a strong negotiation DNA</li><li>superior operating rigor to take things to logical conclusion</li><li>ability to see the bigger picture and have a long-term view</li><div><br /></div>
