what will you do?
- be CRED’s main point of contact with leading Banks & NBFCs for the lending business
- interact regularly with lending partner’s business, operations, tech & product teams (both existing & new) to scale & streamline lending business
- work closely with internal operations, credit, tech & product teams to deliver solutions while aligning CRED’s & lending partner’s expectations
- improve the P&L dynamic of the lending business
- streamline and setup regular review framework, manage and lead the items to a logical conclusion
- interact with new banks & NBFCs to onboard them as lending partners
- ensure compliance & regulatory adherence as per industry standards
you should apply if you:
- MBA in any other relevant field and/or B.Tech from a Tier 1 college
- 6-8 years of experience in account management/ business development/ partnership role in a financial services/ fintech / technology company
- required knowledge and flair to work with new technology solutions & API infrastructure
- exceptional analytical, problem solving and research skills
- ability to manage leaders and counterparts in banks and NBFCs and have a strong negotiation DNA
- superior operating rigor to take things to logical conclusion
- ability to see the bigger picture and have a long-term view
