help shape the omni-channel collections treatment strategy so that we maximise our use of analytics & technology to optimise collections efficiency
formulate strategy to improve collections across different delinquency buckets and different products using segmentation, clustering and other analytical techniques
work closely with operations and credit risk teams to ensure the feedback loop is closed and learnings are relayed into our credit decisioning strategies
discover and experiment with new and innovative techniques leveraging technology, data and operations to improve on both soft and hard collections
designing the data infrastructure for collections that can serve as the ground layer for product, analytics, operations and other teams making the correct and relevant data available with ease
creating, designing and maintaining dashboards and infra for reporting, performance management, early warning signals to ensure proper control and intervention at the right stage maintaining business agility and continuity
working closely with operations teams to ensure all strategies, experiments are executed flawlessly on ground balancing both flexibility and precision
working along with multiple teams like data science, operations, product to monitor and provide a 360 degree view on collections and planning with relevant stakeholders on all projects related to collections
designing processes and writing SOPs related to regulatory guidelines, credit risk decisions, operational controls and stakeholder management
you should apply if you:
have 2 to 6 years relevant experience as an analyst in data-driven environments, with proficiency in SQL & python
possess a strong combination of proficiency in both business analytics and operations
have the ability to see the bigger picture while paying attention to the small details on ground to build scalable processes while getting your hands dirty
have a passion for numbers and are determined to achieve daily targets with the operational rigour that translates into long term results
are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans
have the ability to analyse and solve complicated problems, and distil that complexity into simple and concise communication
