work on day-to-day analytics problems across business and growth; break down vague questions into structured problems and analyze user behavior, funnels, and campaign performance to drive decisions
build and maintain dashboards people trust; ensure metrics are accurate, consistent, and easy to interpret; define and track success metrics for experiments and new initiatives
support experiments end-to-end by setting them up, measuring performance, and extracting clear learnings; close the loop between data, insights, and action
automate recurring analysis and reduce turnaround time for common asks; build simple templates and contribute to self-serve analytics over time
work closely with business, product, and growth teams; communicate insights, assumptions, and limitations clearly, and manage expectations on scope and timelines
you should apply if you:
2–4 years of experience in data, product, or business analytics; strong SQL skills and comfort working with large datasets; also open to freshers with relevant education from Tier-1 / Tier-2 colleges
ability to break down business questions into structured analyses with high attention to detail and solid analytical thinking
clear communication - can explain insights simply without losing nuance
comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership environments where ambiguity is common
familiarity with BI / visualization tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus
exposure to digital payments, fintech, or consumer internet products is good to have
experience supporting experiments or growth initiatives will help
