leverage consumer insights, transaction intelligence, and market understanding to identify relevant partnership opportunities
ensure strong execution quality, partner experience, and member relevance across all initiatives
4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, merchant growth, enterprise sales, category or account management within consumer internet, fintech, commerce, loyalty, or digital businesses
experience managing and growing brand or merchant partnerships with measurable business outcomes
understanding of consumer and merchant ecosystems across categories such as fashion, travel, food delivery, lifestyle, entertainment, retail, or digital services
experience working cross-functionally with teams across product, marketing, operations, growth, analytics, or business functions
strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in fast-paced and evolving environments
good business and commercial understanding with the ability to structure mutually valuable partnerships
strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills
comfort working with performance metrics, business data, and consumer insights to drive decisions and optimize outcomes
