what you’ll own
    • driving acceptance of CRED payment instruments (upi, credit/affordability) with a sole focus of offering convenience for CRED members

    • hunt, build and manage high-impact brand partnerships across categories relevant to CRED members

    • drive meaningful member value through differentiated rewards, offers, privileges, and experiences

    • work closely with internal cross-functional teams including product, growth, marketing, operations, and design to execute partnership initiatives successfully

    • support the integration of rewards and merchant constructs across key product journeys and platform surfaces

    • drive day-to-day partner management including execution, campaign launches, reporting, issue resolution, and performance tracking

    • identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships and help scale high-performing constructs

    • leverage consumer insights, transaction intelligence, and market understanding to identify relevant partnership opportunities

    • ensure strong execution quality, partner experience, and member relevance across all initiatives

what we’re looking for
    • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, merchant growth, enterprise sales, category or account management within consumer internet, fintech, commerce, loyalty, or digital businesses

    • experience managing and growing brand or merchant partnerships with measurable business outcomes

    • understanding of consumer and merchant ecosystems across categories such as fashion, travel, food delivery, lifestyle, entertainment, retail, or digital services

    • experience working cross-functionally with teams across product, marketing, operations, growth, analytics, or business functions

    • strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in fast-paced and evolving environments

    • good business and commercial understanding with the ability to structure mutually valuable partnerships

    • strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills

    • comfort working with performance metrics, business data, and consumer insights to drive decisions and optimize outcomes
